SEMA 2022 Offroad Vehicles – Gauge Magazine
SEMA 2022 Offroad was held in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 1st-4th at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Offroad trucks brought out their A game and we could not wait to show you what they brought!
There were many custom rides, but there were also many new releases from manufacturers that we were blown away by. First, Lexus announced their GX 460 Concept and it had a beautiful color take on overlanding. The vehicle featured a turquoise lavender customer wrap and sat higher off the ground than usual due to the Old Man Emu suspension. But the vehicle had more to offer than a sick lift and colorful looks.
At the rear cargo area, the vehicle had Goose Gear drawers, Kaon Rack/table, and an ARB fridge. With plenty of storage, this would allow for you to fill the area with camping, cooking, and hiking gear while keep it all organized! Overall, if you are an avid hiker searching for a vehicle to take you on all of your next adventures, THIS is the vehicle you are needing.
Ford also put their best foot forward announcing multiple new waves of their current vehicles. For the Ford Bronco, you were able to see the Bronco Sport Off-Roading Heritage. For the Bronco Sport, Yakima and Hypertech put together the vehicle with a 2.0-liter Badlands model and was customized with a portable air compressor and off-road recovery kit, a Borla exhaust and a 70-amp accessory jump starter.
You were also able to see a F-150 Lightning AKA Swiss Army Knife. Built by Tjin Edition and Thule, this ride does a little bit of everything. Add-ons include a portable air compressor, refrigerator, console vault, Recaro front and rear seats and Thule bed organizing equipment. It also offers a solar charging setup and a pair of e-bikes for those last-mile off-road excursions.
The SEMA 2022 Offroad vehicles did not let us down, and we are ready to see what they bring in 2023!
